By public transport
We are five minutes walk from Middlesbrough bus station and approximately 20 minutes walk from Middlesbrough train station.
By car
We are just off the A66. Follow signs to Captain Cooks Square and we are the large white building on the left-hand corner of Hartingdon Road and Grange Road. It's the first left after Aldi.
