Sport and Wellbeing programme – Session 4 – Hula Hooping
Tuesday 3rd March @ 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm
Come and join us for a 6-week sport/exercise programme.
Try out a range of different activities, meet new people, make friends, have fun and improve your wellbeing.
We will have; table tennis, line dancing, badminton, hula hooping, nordic walking and a country walk. All for beginners.
Please note: you must attend at least 5 of the 6 sessions.
