The Hope Foundation is currently recruiting to support the delivery of the Community Development element of Ageing Better Middlesbrough funded through the Big Lottery. This is an oppportunity to be part of an exciting initiative to work to build community capacity and reduce social isolation and loneliness for older people in Middlesbrough. The posts are funded by the Big Lottery fulfilling lives ageing better programme until 31st March 2021.

Community Development Team Leader
Salary £30,000 35 hours a week (flexible times to meet project needs)
The purpose of your role as Team Leader is to manage and support the Community Development Team (CDT) to successfully deliver the ABM Community Development Project. You will work in partnership with other Team Leads and providers involved in the Ageing Better Middlesbrough Programme.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the work of the CDT develops and meets the needs of the people in Middlesbrough addressing issues of social isolation and loneliness.
